TikTok Shop Operations Manager (Full-Time / Remote)

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Operations Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations.
• Create and optimize product listings.
• Monitor shop health, policy compliance, and account performance.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and product synchronization.
• Coordinate with affiliate and creator teams.
• Track orders, returns, and customer support issues.
• Work with internal teams to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Generate performance reports and recommend growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop (US market preferred).
• Strong understanding of Seller Center and TikTok Shop policies.
• Experience with product uploads, category approvals, and catalog management.
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
