Fleet Sales Support

Role Summary:

As Fleet Sales Support you will contribute to the Fleet & Remarketing Team’s activities granting a proper performances monitoring on different channels (Leasing Companies, B2B, RAC, Corporate) and reporting.

We want you to:

• Provide back-end support for Fleet Sales channel development including daily performances monitoring and coordination of the internal processes in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
• Support the implementation and management of Captive programs
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, leasing companies, and Dealers.
• Support direct sales activities, RAC (Rent-a-Car) sales management, and logistics operations (vehicle transportation and preparation).
• Conduct market analysis on new cars and LCV channels, including sales trends and competitive benchmarking
• Support Fleet, Remarketing and Mobility Services with marketing & communication activities (Corporate & Dealer Network).
• Prepare and maintain regular performance and activity reporting.
• Coordinate test drives and support Key Account Managers for corporate test drive initiatives.
• Manage Fleet Car Park activities including in-fleeting, de-fleeting, repairs, and routine maintenance
• Coordinate internal and external events (Corporate events, Product days).
• Oversee Courtesy Car Fleet operations, including fines, repairs, invoice checks , and Dealer support.

About you:

• Bacherlor’s Degree (Master is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years ofexperience in a similar role
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Automotive industry experience as an advantage
