About the role:

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our community — someone who is eager to apply their knowledge of international law, gain experience working with a global IT company, communicate with clients from all over the world, and collaborate on interesting and complex tasks together with our Chief Legal Officer.

  • Send documents for signing, track signatures, and upload signed documents to the appropriate folders;
  • Maintain legal registers and ensure their accuracy;
  • Assist with due diligence on clients, suppliers, contractors, and partners, and flag potential risks for review;
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on routine contractual and compliance questions;
  • Help maintain legal templates and policies, and track relevant regulatory changes.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 1+ year of legal experience in commercial, corporate, or technology law (internships or legal assistant roles in a law firm or in-house team count);
  • At least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of spoken and written English, with fluency in Ukrainian (including legal drafting and business communication);
  • Hands-on experience drafting and reviewing contracts (NDAs, service agreements, DPAs), with the ability to work independently on standard documents;
  • Good analytical, legal research, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
  • Strong organizational skills and accuracy in document and register management;
  • Master’s degree in Law (final-year students may be considered);
  • Comfort working with AI tools and automated workflows, along with the ability to critically review AI-assisted output;
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience with e-signature and document management tools;
  • Experience working in IT, outsourcing, SaaS, or international business environments;
  • Familiarity with GDPR, data protection, or compliance-related matters.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Providing services during business hours;
  • Opportunity to cooperate fully remotely;
  • Inclusive international environment;
  • Compensation in USD;
  • Rewards for referring friends;
  • Balance between project workload and personal time, but also – internal health policy;
  • Responsive leadership interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation;
  • Greenhouse conditions for self-development;
  • A culture built on trust, with no time-tracking requirements.
