Responsibilities:

• Define business and system requirements and create product specifications.
• Analyze product KPIs and user feedback to identify improvements.
• Create and manage product improvement roadmaps and backlogs.
• Work with business, creative, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Drive product improvements from planning through release.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Product Management for an internet service.
• Experience analyzing product KPIs, implementing improvements, and contributing to product growth.
• 6+ years of requirements definition experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
• English: Advanced (TOEIC 860+)
• Japanese: Fluent

Working Hours:

9:00–17:30, Mon–Fri

Working Style:

Hybrid — 4 days in office / 1 day WFH
