Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity: At Pentoz, we believe in building once and scaling fast. As a Flutter Developer, you’ll be a key force in creating stunning, high-performance mobile applications using Google’s Flutter SDK — delivering native-quality experiences across Android, iOS, and beyond. You’ll work across verticals, from fintech to hospitality tech, helping us deliver next-gen apps with speed, consistency, and design excellence. You Will Be Responsible For: App Development: Designing and developing modern, responsive apps using Flutter, Dart, and Firebase (or other backends). Pixel-Perfect UI/UX: Translating UI/UX designs into clean, animated, platform-adaptive interfaces using Flutter widgets and custom renderers. Cross-Platform Logic: Writing shared logic across Android and iOS while enabling platform-specific integrations where needed. State Management: Using tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX for scalable architecture and reactive design. Performance Optimization: Ensuring apps run smoothly across devices with responsive layout, fast rendering, and memory efficiency. Collaboration: Working closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers in an agile, fast-paced environment. This Role Is For You If: You have 2–5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a focus on Flutter. You’ve launched or contributed to apps on the App Store and/or Play Store. You’re confident in Dart, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD workflows. You’re passionate about UI, performance, animations, and clean code. You’re a problem-solver who thrives in cross-functional teams and startup environments.
