Our team is passionate about technology, creativity, and collaboration, and we are looking for a talented Flutter Developer to join us in our mission About the Role We are looking for a proactive and skilled Frontend Flutter Developer with proven experience in building cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance apps that delight users and meet business goals. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improve user experience. Translate complex UI/UX designs into responsive, scalable, and maintainable code. Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness across devices. Debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and enhance app stability. Integrate with REST APIs , third-party services, and native platform features. Participate in code reviews and contribute to agile development cycles. Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and best practices. Qualifications 2–4 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Hands-on experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play Store . Proficiency in Dart, RESTful APIs , and backend integration. Solid knowledge of version control tools such as Git . Experience with state management solutions ( Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, etc. ). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing frameworks. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote team environment. Nice to have Strong understanding of both iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) ecosystems. Why Join Us?
