flutter engineer

Senior Flutter Developer (Remote)

We're looking for a senior Flutter engineer to build and improve our mobile app on iOS and Android. This is a project-based engagement for someone who can work independently from day one, bringing solid engineering habits and taking ownership of what they ship.

How we hire: your code comes first

We start by reviewing your code, not your CV. Every application must include links to code you've written, such as a GitHub profile, public repositories or open-source contributions. Our engineers will assess its quality, structure, maintainability and engineering judgement. We'll only send interview invitations to candidates whose code meets our bar. Applications without code samples won't be considered.

What you'll do

• Build new features and improve our existing Flutter app on iOS and Android
• Own your code from design through to production
• Make sound architectural decisions and keep the codebase reliable and maintainable

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong Flutter/Dart skills, plus hands-on native iOS and Android experience
• Proficiency in at least three programming languages
• At least 12 months as a full-time engineer at a company with a rigorous technical hiring process (coding interviews, algorithms, system design or architecture interviews, or similar)
• Real experience in a mature engineering environment: a complex codebase, code review, CI/CD, automated testing, cross-team collaboration and production ownership
• Comfort working autonomously and delivering high-quality code without hand-holding

Engagement: project-based collaboration

• To apply: send us a short intro, your LinkedIn profile and links to your code. If your code stands out, we'll be in touch to arrange an interview.
