Follow Up Boss Manager – Real Estate Brokerage (Remote)

The Opportunity Intelus Agency is recruiting a Follow Up Boss Manager to support a client operating a real estate firm. This is a brand-new, part-time remote role focused on taking ownership of the client’s CRM, including lead and pipeline management, campaign coordination, content coordination, and reporting. The successful candidate will work day-to-day with the client and collaborate occasionally with both internal team members and clients. This role is important to maintaining accurate CRM operations while providing consistent updates on outcomes and activity. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of day-to-day management and updates within Follow Up Boss CRM. Manage leads and maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records. Manage and monitor the real estate pipeline. Coordinate campaigns and related CRM activities. Support content creation and coordination as required. Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate outcomes and activity. Provide updates on CRM outcomes every other day while collaborating with internal team members and clients when needed. Compensation Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope. Monthly compensation ranges from ₱32,000 – ₱45,000 , depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate's experience level. Required Skills Core Technical Skills Required 2–5 years of specialist-level relevant experience. Hands-on experience with Follow Up Boss CRM . Experience with lead management, CRM updates, and pipeline management. Experience coordinating campaigns and content. Experience creating or maintaining reports and dashboards. Professional Skills Required Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities when required.
