Football Scout & Player Acquisition

Top Players Ever (TPE) is a licensed sports brokerage agency based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, representing players across Europe, Africa, South America and the Gulf. We are expanding our network across Europe and South America.

The role

• Identify talented professional and semi-professional players (18+) in local leagues

• Build trusted relationships with players, families and coaches

• Introduce suitable players to TPE for representation

• Submit structured weekly reports through our scouting system

You have

• A real network in local football (ex-player, youth coach, analyst or similar)

• Fluent English plus the native language of the country you cover

• The discipline to work within a clear structure and agreed targets

• Freelance, commission-based role (no fixed salary)

• A signing bonus for every player who signs a representation agreement with TPE
