In this position...

The F-650/F-750 & E-Series Brand Manager is the marketing lead and business owner for these vehicle lines, accountable for growing the business and delivering sales, share, revenue, and profitability objectives. This highly proactive leader takes initiative, exercises sound judgment, and moves the business forward by identifying and pursuing new opportunities to win in the market. The Brand Manager serves as the voice of the customer and dealer, brings a data-first perspective to decisions, and builds strong partnerships across Marketing, Finance, Sales and Field Operations, Program Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align efforts, ensure cohesive brand messaging, and achieve business objectives. A crucial aspect of the role is maintaining expert knowledge of the cutaway and Class 6/7 chassis cab segments.

What you'll do...

Own the F-650/F-750 and E-Series (Incompletes) business, driving sales, share, revenue, and profitability objectives.

Maintain subject-matter expertise in the cutaway and Class 6/7 chassis cab segments and their competitive sets; serve as Marketing’s most knowledgeable resource on the segments and current and projected competitive activity.

Lead model-year pricing strategy and market-equation development in partnership with Finance and relevant stakeholders.

Partner with Finance, Sales, and Field Operations to develop and adjust variable marketing actions that support vehicle-line objectives.

Author and maintain vehicle order guides, updating them regularly to reflect current product and ordering information.

Support truck order entry in AccuQuote by training dealer staff, answering ordering questions through the Truck Hotline, escalating technical issues to the AccuQuote supplier, and facilitating the handoff of order guides to the technical teams for development of the ordering tools.

Manage the Truck Hotline, responding to inquiries from internal and external sales teams, providing vehicle-specification guidance for varied customer use cases and requests, and helping interpret order guides.

Lead mix management, revenue optimization, and channel strategy for the vehicle lines.

Develop and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing Communications, Sales, Field Operations, and other partners.

Lead brand input into customer- and dealer-facing materials, including the model-year changeover process, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Represent the voice of the customer by gathering and synthesizing consumer, dealer, and market insights, and sharing relevant findings with Product Marketing to inform strategy and cycle-plan development.

Partner with Field Operations, the Fleet and Retail Field Team, and RE&T to address the ongoing needs of dealers, the field team, and customers.

Champion team efforts and develop presentation materials for key dealer interfaces, including Dealer Council, Fleet Advisory Board, Fleet Showcase, and Annual Dealer Meetings.

Lead or collaborate on workstreams including TVM, MCR, and Complexity Reduction.

You'll have...

Bachelors ’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related field of study

3+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related discipline.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to interpret market and consumer data and draw sound conclusions.
