WFM Commons is looking for a Forecasting Analyst with strong Python and statistical forecasting experience to support forecasting initiatives for our enterprise clients. If you're passionate about data analysis, predictive modeling, and solving complex business problems, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize statistical and machine learning forecasting models.
• Analyze historical data, trends, seasonality, and business drivers to produce accurate forecasts.
• Build and automate forecasting solutions using Python.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting performance.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and exploratory data analysis.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver forecasting solutions.
• Document forecasting methodologies, assumptions, and model performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong experience using Python for data analysis and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with time-series forecasting models such as ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet, ETS/Holt-Winters, XGBoost, or similar techniques.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and data visualization libraries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and building forecasting models.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or Contact Center Operations.
