About Dalus

Dalus is a modern hardware systems engineering platform with an AI copilot that engineering teams building spacecraft, drones, robots, submarines, and medical devices use to manage requirements, architecture, safety analysis, and verification in one place.

Our customers are replacing legacy desktop tools that haven't changed in fifteen years. What determines whether a large engineering organization adopts it is whether someone can deploy it inside their network, migrate their existing models, connect it to their PLM, and show their engineers real data.

This will be your job.

What you will do

You own the path from signed pilot to production rollout. Concretely, that means standing up Dalus in customer environments (Cloud or fully on-prem in the customer's own account), migrating Cameo, Rhapsody and DOORS content into Dalus and fixing what the copilot gets wrong, scoping and building integrations to Windchill, Teamcenter, Polarion and Jira, and running the hands-on workshops where a customer's systems engineers decide whether this is their new source of truth.

We have customers in the US, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and more, so you will be flying around the world for this.

Who we are looking for

You have worked as a systems engineer or MBSE practitioner, and you can code. That combination is rare, and it is the whole job. Specifically: you have modeled real systems in Cameo, Rhapsody, Capella, or similar, and you know why engineers hate them; you are comfortable in Python or TypeScript and can read a Terraform file, debug a failed deployment, and write a script that transforms one model format into another; you have shipped something inside a large enterprise or defense organization and understand how IT security, procurement, and program management actually make decisions; and you are happy being the only Dalus person in the room with twenty skeptical engineers.

Nice to have: SysML v2 experience, PLM integration work, a background in aerospace, defense, automotive, or medical devices, an existing security clearance or eligibility for one.

Founding-level equity, a salary in the range of $120-240k, and a role where you are two people away from the CEO and one call away from every customer.
