The role

You sit with the client, remotely and in person. You are their day-to-day Pebbly lead, and you are accountable for the engagement working. You guide a portfolio of manufacturers, fabricators, construction firms, logistics businesses and other non-tech enterprises of 2 to 400 people.

What you will do

People. Train leaders and staff so the use of Kelpie sticks in daily work.

Data. Map what the client has, set a single source of truth, and drive the cleanup the workflows need.

Kelpie. Onboard the client, configure the workspace, and drive daily adoption.

Workflows. Prioritise the problems worth solving, then design, build and refine production agents with the client and your Pebbly colleagues.

You also run the programme rhythm: weekly standups, weekly written updates, monthly steering, and a clear record of the value delivered.

Who you are

We care about drive more than qualifications. You do not need a computer science degree. You need clear thinking, plain writing, a bias to finishing, comfort with people and with technical detail, a genuine interest in AI, and the ability to stay organised across several clients.

Location

Remote, across Australia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa, Europe, and Latin America. Some travel to meet clients and teammates.

Pay

A market base, a performance bonus, and the possibility of an equity entitlement.
