About The Role We're hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to own customer deployments from technical build through go-live and optimization. You'll be the technical owner for health system implementations, working directly with customers to build, configure, and deploy production AI agents tailored to their workflows. You'll work closely with Agent Product Managers who own the customer relationship and project plan, while you own the technical execution—building integrations, creating custom workflows, and ensuring successful launches. What You'll Do You'll be the technical force behind bringing AI agents to life for healthcare organizations. This isn't a typical engineering role—you'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, complex healthcare systems, and real customer impact.
