What you'll be doing: Lead architectural reviews and performance optimizations during customer implementations, ensuring successful deployments and maximizing the value of Crogl's platform Serve as the trusted technical advisor for customers who are using Crogl Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to the Product and Engineering teams that will help drive product improvements Serve as a technical expert during the sales process, delivering compelling demonstrations of Crogl's capabilities, including feature engineering, training, and model monitoring, resulting in increased customer adoption What you bring to the team: 3-5 years of experience in software or customer engineering roles with a strong emphasis on customer-facing engagements A strong track record of rapidly prototyping ideas and seeing them through to reality Familiarity with the concepts of API and data integration, this may also be a familiarity or understanding of coding languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, etc..)
