You'll operate as an extension of their brand and ours, hiring world-class talent whilst building effective hiring foundations which perfectly complement the humans-in-the-loop. Make frequent 'good calls' that lead to correct hiring decisions for world-class talent end to end. Build talent foundations. We Hire People Who Have spent time in the trenches as an operator, ideally in early/growth stage companies, as a critical part of the hiring process.
