Foundation Grant Program Coordinator

The Foundation Grant Program Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Grants team, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of grant-related activities across the Foundation. This role manages and maintains the grants calendar, supports leadership with scheduling and documentation needs, assists with special projects, and ensures timely communication among internal stakeholders. The Coordinator plays a key role in keeping processes organized, deadlines on track, and documentation up to date in support of the Foundation’s grant portfolio.Position Details:

Qualifications:
Required for the Role:
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, foundation, nonprofit, or grants support role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity suites.
Preferred for the Role:
• Experience supporting grant, philanthropy, research, or compliance programs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or grant management software.
