Founder Associate

CIRCL is a fast-moving startup with revenue-generating products already in the market — and we’re just getting started. We’ve secured capital, we’re growing fast, and we operate like a true early-stage team: small, sharp, and everyone contributes everywhere.

We’re looking for a Founder Associate who wants to get in early, learn faster than they ever imagined, and help build a company from the ground up.

This is not a narrow role — it’s the opposite. You’ll work directly with the CEO and the entire team, taking ownership across whatever matters most at the moment. One day you’re shaping product ideas with AI tools, the next you’re supporting customers, refining our sales deck, or helping define core business decisions.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support across all areas of the company, including:

• Build tools, workflows, prototypes, or product features using AI tools (ChatGPT/Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, etc.)
  

• Support customer success, operations, and day-to-day problem solving
  

• Assist with marketing, presentations, pitch materials, and research
  

• Contribute to product ideas and strategic decisions
  

• Work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with the whole team
  

• Jump into any challenge — big or small — and own it fully

• Work directly with clients and partners, gaining early exposure to real business conversations

• Participate in international travel for team offsites, client meetings, and events

This role is for someone who wants to learn by doing and is excited to wear many hats.

Who You Are

• Early-career, ambitious, and eager to grow fast
  

• Fluent English speaker

• Have built something before using AI tools — a side project, automation, a small app, or even a fun hobby project
  

• A fast learner with a can-do attitude

• Structured, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  

• Not afraid of challenges or doing things you’ve never done before
  

• Passionate about AI and using it in your daily work
  

• A generalist with curiosity, initiative, and resilience
  

You don’t need previous startup experience or a technical background — just proof that you build, learn, and iterate.
