We are now looking for a
Founder Associate
(m/f/d) with relentless ambition, massive grit, and an entrepreneurial mindset to work directly alongside the founders. This is a high-ownership, high-agency generalist role designed as a definitive launchpad for future founders. You will get a front-row seat to building a venture-backed hard-tech company from the ground up.
Go-To-Market & Growth:
Design, execute, and scale outbound experiments, validate customer discovery loops, and help sharpen our commercial positioning.
Fundraising & Strategy:
Partner directly with the founders on fundraising preparation, investor pipelines, market research, and financial modeling.
Operations & Scale:
Help transition early commercial momentum into repeatable internal operations, managing special logistics, procurement, and setup projects.
Talent Acquisition:
Work closely with the team to identify, source, and interview early core team members as we scale our engineering and commercial pipelines.
Zero-to-One Execution:
Step into any critical business gap—whether structural, operational, or commercial—and build solutions from scratch
