Part-Time Email Marketing Specialist (Remote, Pakistan)

CreateNeon and CreateSigns are custom LED neon signage brands selling factory-direct to customers in the US and Australia. We're a fully remote team and we're hiring a part-time email marketing specialist to own email as a channel. This starts part-time with a clear path to full-time for the right person.

What you'll do

You'll take over a campaign that's ready to launch: a segmented list of 40,000+ contacts, finished email templates, and a full campaign playbook. Your first job is getting it live on Sender.net, then running email as an ongoing channel. That means list management, domain warmup and deliverability, scheduling and sending campaigns, monitoring opens, clicks and replies, and reporting results weekly.

You'll also support our cold outreach program, helping build and run outbound campaigns to B2B prospects. Over time the role extends to nurture sequences, wholesale follow-up campaigns, and new market launches.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience running email campaigns end to end, ideally with Sender.net, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar
• Solid understanding of deliverability: warmup, sender reputation, bounce and spam management
• Comfortable working with segmented lists and reading campaign data
• Strong written English
• Self-managing. You'll own this channel, not wait for instructions
• Cold outreach experience is a strong plus, especially with Smartlead, Instantly or similar

Hours and pay

• 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day Monday to Friday
• Working hours aligned to the US market (evening shift Pakistan time)
• Fixed monthly salary, paid in USD
• Full-time transition available based on results
