You own events, content and community at SteerSuite, working directly with both founders from day one. This fall we launch SteerSuite HQ in Miami with a week of guests from the US and Europe, and the work continues after that.
Who we are
SteerSuite makes companies AI-native. With SteerSuite HQ we're building a platform for a plug & play AI workforce: AI agents anyone can put to work on their own tasks in a few steps, without technical skills. Founded in 2026 by Sakis Tabakis and Julian Rosen, based in Bochum/Düsseldorf and Miami.
What you'll do
What you get
Requirement: you can travel to the US for launch week this fall; we plan the busier period in advance. For working students, we agree the hours around launch week individually, in line with your student status, before the contract is signed.
Application
No cover letter needed. Send your CV to career@steersuite.com.
The controller responsible for processing is SteerSuite GmbH, Königsallee 19, 40212 Düsseldorf. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG. For the selection process, we will share your application documents with our co-founder Julian Rosen in Miami (USA). Before this transfer takes place, we will implement an appropriate safeguard pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. We will delete your documents no later than six months after completion of the process, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Providing your documents is voluntary, but required in order to participate in the application process; without them, we cannot consider your application. You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Applications in German or English are welcome; the role is transatlantic.

What you'll do
- You own social media and event content end to end; we set the guardrails.
- Operations: venues, hotels, flights, catering. Logistics, budget and invoicing run through you.
- Materials: everything guests see and hold in their hands, digital and printed.
- Guests: you keep communication moving, from invitation to follow-up. We manage the relationships with startups and investors; you make sure no request goes unanswered.
- Partners: you follow up on coordination with our launch partners; we manage the partnerships themselves.
- You work with lists and deadlines and follow up. Your system holds up under pressure.
- You don't wait for instructions, and you raise problems together with a proposal.
- Business-fluent German, English at C1, in writing and on the phone.
- You're confident with investors and experienced founders.
- AI tools are part of your everyday work.
What you get
- Responsibility from day one, with short paths to both founders.

- Visibility: the event content comes from you and is published for the German and US startup scenes.
- Compensation: we'll share the range before the first interview.
- Afterward: Miami is the start. We'll talk about what comes next for you once the launch is done.
- Working student: from 20 hours/week (approx. 50%), enrolled at a university.
- Part-time or full-time: 20–40 hours/week (50–100%), for graduates and everyone else.
