Want to learn how to grow a business?
iRevise is an Irish education platform with over 40,000 Leaving Cert and Junior Cycle revision resources, used by thousands of students across Ireland.
We're now growing our schools business. Schools are already coming to us for licences, and we're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial person to take ownership of turning that interest into a growing revenue stream.
The opportunity
This isn't a traditional sales job. You'll have the chance to build a commercial function within an established business, working closely with the founders and learning what it takes to acquire customers, generate revenue and grow a company.
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning the schools sales pipeline, from first enquiry to signed licence.
- Reaching out to principals and deputy principals, booking demos and following up on opportunities.
- Experimenting with outreach approaches and finding what works.
- Building relationships with schools and helping drive renewals.
- Tracking results and identifying opportunities to grow.
Who we're looking for
You might be a graduate, an aspiring entrepreneur, a former teacher or someone looking for an opportunity to prove what they can do.
We're more interested in your attitude than your CV.
You'll need to be resourceful, organised, comfortable picking up the phone and persistent enough to follow things through.
You'll have real responsibility and freedom to try things, but this is hands-on work. You'll be the person making the calls, sending the emails and getting deals over the line.
What's on offer
- Part-time, approximately 10–12 hours per week.
- Remote, Ireland-based, with some weekday daytime availability.
- Monthly base payment plus commission on school licences and renewal bonuses.
- Direct exposure to the founders and the commercial side of running a business. Founders have 25+ years experience building software companies.
- The opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the schools business grows.
We'll start with a paid trial in December, with the role commencing in January 2027.
How to apply
Forget the traditional cover letter.
You have 30 days, a list of 100 Irish secondary schools and no marketing budget. How would you win your first three school customers?
Send us your answer in five lines, along with a short introduction, by LinkedIn message.
- We're looking for someone who wants to do more than just earn a part-time income. We want someone excited by the challenge of helping build something.
- Must be based in Ireland, with the right to work in Ireland
