Founding Account Executive

Our ads platform helps companies reach developers while they're working with AI. We're hiring a Founding Advertiser Success Manager to help advertisers get live, see results, and keep growing with us.

You'll own the full sales cycle, from finding a prospect and making the first call to closing their initial advertising campaign. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with room to shape how we sell.

What you'll do

• Identify promising advertiser segments and build targeted prospect lists, starting with developer tools, software, and products relevant to our audience.
• Run consistent outbound through cold email, cold calls, and thoughtful follow-up. Test messages, offers, and prospecting channels to learn what converts.
• Respond quickly to qualified inbound opportunities, run discovery calls and demos, and help advertisers define campaign goals and an initial budget.

What we're looking for

• Experience personally prospecting and closing B2B business, with specific examples of revenue you generated.
• Willingness to pick up the phone, write strong outreach, and follow up consistently.
• Strong organization and ownership. You can build a pipeline and operating habits without an established sales organization.
• Interest in AI and developer products. Experience selling advertising, sponsorships, or developer tools is a plus.

What success looks like

• New paying advertisers, collected revenue, a healthy qualified pipeline, and a sales process that reliably turns outreach into launched campaigns.
