As a Founding AI Engineer, you’ll work across research and engineering to design, evaluate, and optimize AI systems systems that push the limits of what’s possible.

Ship production-ready multi-agent systems
and build tools for debugging, deploying, and operating scalable AI workflows.
Lead and establish research culture

Have 2+ years of SWE/AI/ML engineering experience
with deep understanding of LLM internals, agent architectures, and evaluation frameworks.
Proven rapid-prototyping skills
. You know how quickly turn research insights into a functioning prototype and then iterate over it iterate over it to turn it into a production-ready system.
Hands-on full-stack development experience
using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Strong bias toward action

Track record of impact

Ability to distill research insights
