Founding Blockchain Lead / Head of Tokenization

Job Description This is a remote position. About MotorEnvy MotorEnvy is reinventing automotive and luxury asset financing. With existing dealership operations in New York, New Jersey, South Florida, and Los Angeles, we offer subscription and lease models for high-end vehicles. Now, we are expanding into blockchain-based tokenization — unlocking liquidity, ownership, and investment opportunities around luxury assets. About the Role We are seeking a Founding Blockchain Lead to join our leadership team and spearhead MotorEnvy’s asset tokenization strategy. This is a rare opportunity to join a growth-stage company, lead an entirely new business line, and build out a blockchain product from the ground up. This individual will be an internal founder-type hire : part technologist, part strategist, part entrepreneur. They will shape the technical roadmap, manage external partners (developers, custodians, auditors), and build the infrastructure that enables MotorEnvy to tokenize and scale our portfolio. Responsibilities Define and execute MotorEnvy’s tokenization strategy. Lead technical design, tokenomics, and compliance planning. Manage development of smart contracts and blockchain integrations. Work with custodians, auditors, and regulatory advisors. Build and scale a blockchain division within MotorEnvy. Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong background in blockchain engineering or tokenization projects. Experience designing or launching token-based products. Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take ownership. Comfort with compliance-heavy industries (finance, automotive, or real estate is a plus).
