AeroFlip is looking for an ambitious, well-connected individual to join us at a founding-partner level and help establish commercial partnerships with some of the world's leading brands.

We're a British footwear startup developing innovative, comfort-focused flip-flops and sliders, with prototype development progressing and exciting plans for international growth.

Through AeroFlip Studio, we're creating opportunities for bespoke branded footwear, limited-edition collections and corporate collaborations.

We've already developed design concepts inspired by major fashion, automotive and motorsport brands. Our next ambition is to turn these opportunities into official licensing agreements, brand partnerships and substantial commercial orders.

What we're looking for

An entrepreneurial individual with experience and established connections in:

• Brand Partnerships: Building relationships with leading fashion, automotive, motorsport and lifestyle brands.
• Licensing & Collaborations: Securing official brand licensing agreements and co-branded product partnerships.
• B2B Sales: Negotiating wholesale agreements, bulk orders and corporate merchandise contracts.
• Commercial Development: Turning introductions and discussions into signed contracts and revenue-generating partnerships.

The opportunity

This is not a conventional salaried position. We're looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term equity partner and helping create significant value in an early-stage business.

We're particularly interested in experienced entrepreneurs and commercially connected individuals who can bring their expertise, relationships and commitment to building AeroFlip.

The proposed partnership structure, including ownership, responsibilities and financial participation, would be discussed with suitable individuals.
