Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job title: Founding Channel and Alliances Manager EMEA
Company : Series A - AI Cybersecurity vendor
Location : Remote UK
Start Date : ASAP
Executive Overview
Our client is a rapidly expanding and well-funded enterprise cybersecurity start-up. They provide critical security solutions for global enterprises that are deploying next-generation digital tools and AI agents at scale. Experiencing significant momentum, they are now building out their European footprint.
I am seeking their Founding EMEA Channel & Alliances Manager to build and execute the GTM blueprint required to build a 100% Channel-Driven Business.
The Mission
In this role, you will build, recruit, and scale the EMEA partner ecosystem from scratch:
-
Partner Recruitment: Identify, onboard, and activate strategic partners across GSIs, MSSPs, Value-Added Resellers and Cloud Service Providers
-
MSSP & Boutique Enablement: Build managed service offerings with top-tier MSSPs and specialised security boutiques.
-
GSI Co-Sell Engine: Drive high-leverage services and advisory practices with global and regional system integrators.
-
Commercial Execution: Partner with regional sales leadership to drive co-sell motions and build a multi-million-pound partner-sourced pipeline.
What My Client is Looking For
-
Cybersecurity & SaaS Pedigree: Proven track record in channel development, alliances, or partner recruitment within cybersecurity or cloud-native software.
-
EMEA Experience: Hands-on experience building and managing partner networks across core European markets (UK&I, DACH, France, Benelux).
-
Startup Grit: You thrive in early-stage environments where things are defined on the fly. You do not need a corporate playbook, established brand awareness, or a large team to create momentum.
-
Active Channel Builder: You possess a hunter mindset - capable of getting a partner's attention, articulating value, and driving real service practices rather than managing passive relationships.
-
Location: Based in the UK (with willingness to travel across EMEA for partner events, roundtables, and industry trade shows).
If you are interested in leading the EMEA partner strategy for one of the most exciting AI cybersecurity vendors in the market, please apply directly or contact me confidentially to review the full details.
