We run a busy Slack, two newsletters read by thousands of founders, 20+ events a year, the Life After Launch podcast, and now AFC Media, where founders tell their own stories. We've built the audience. What we haven't done yet is tell its story properly, and that's where you come in. This role is built for someone early in their career who is already making things on their own terms. Maybe you've grown a page or a channel, you're studying and freelancing on the side, or you're running a small brand of your own. You want to be around founders, you've got more ideas than anyone has asked you for, and you're after a place to prove what you can do. What you'll own AFC's Instagram: growth, engagement and what we post Content from Life After Launch, working with our podcast editor to get episodes heard across Spotify, Apple and YouTube Capture at our events, one or two nights a month: photos, reels, and vox pops where you pull people in and get them talking Ideas for how content feeds our newsletters and AFC Media, and what our sponsors would love to be part of Down the track, the AFC LinkedIn company page You'll work directly with Megan, AFC's founder, and she'll back your ideas from day one. Who you are You've already made something people pay attention to: a channel, a page, a series or a project you grew yourself. We care more about what you've made than your job titles, and you don't need years of commercial experience. You've got an entrepreneurial streak. A side hustle, a small business, a club you started or a page you built from zero all count. You have taste, an eye and a point of view, and you'll come to us with ideas rather than waiting to be asked You're confident walking up to strangers at an event and getting them on camera You can edit (CapCut, Premiere, Descript, whatever you like) and we supply the gear You're in Melbourne and happy to be at events. Occasional Sydney trips are possible. You write well, or you want to get better at it What's in it for you A founding role you can shape.
