**You will**

- Own the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion, in Korea and the US

- Build SaaS pricing, subscriptions, and global payments

- Turn repetitive work into AI workflows and reusable playbooks

- Work directly with the CEO

**Location:** Remote (US) or on-site in Menlo Park / New York

**Must have**

- B2B SaaS, customer success, biz ops, or global sales experience

- Strong English. Korean is a plus, not a requirement

- Proven results using AI tools and agents

- Founder-level ownership

**Strongly preferred**

- Experience at well-known brands or companies

- A strong industry network (beauty, consumer, gaming, entertainment, influencers)

- Top-tier education

- Genuine love for K-beauty and K-culture
