Founding Engineer

The Opportunity Construction accounts for 4.2% of GDP and employs over 7 million people. Year over year, the amount of new construction increases and the industry needs modern software to help builders manage their increasingly complex operations. As a founding engineer, you will work directly with the CTO to design and develop an industry-leading platform. You will be tasked with becoming deeply familiar with the construction industry in order to build transformative software that meets the needs of a diverse customer base. TrueBuilt is looking for engineers who: Put the customer’s needs first Take ownership of their decisions Love to work on any part of the software stack Construction is the backbone of America, and TrueBuilt aims to be the backbone of the construction industry. The Tech Stack The basis of the platform is NextJS & Typescript. Prisma acts as our ORM to connect to a Postgres database. Github Actions and Vercel power our CI/CD pipeline for rapid development.
