We’re recruiting three Enterprise Account Executives for a profitable, VC-backed go-to-market software company that is building its first dedicated enterprise sales team. Today enterprise deals are handled by the mid-market team. You’d help write the playbook for how the company wins upmarket.
The role
- Run full-cycle enterprise deals into companies with 1,000+ employees, typically $200K-$400K
- Cover new logos, expansion and renewals
- Sell to Director, VP and C-suite buyers in RevOps, Sales and Marketing
- Use a structured methodology (MEDDPICC or Command of the Message) and multi-thread every deal
- Join the senior manager and one enterprise AE as the founding members of the team, with a say in territories and account planning
- Turn what you learn from wins and losses into a repeatable enterprise playbook
- Work with solutions consulting, BDRs, customer success and product
Compensation
- Base: $125K-$140K
- OTE: $250K-$280K (50/50 split)
- Competitive equity
- Fully remote, working US time zones
- Visa transfers (OPT, H1B transfer) considered
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years as a quota-carrying AE at a go-to-market SaaS company
- Experience selling sales, marketing or RevOps technology to go-to-market buyers. This is essential.
- Closed enterprise deals at $100K+ ACV, ideally several six-figure wins
- Ability to explain your enterprise sales process in detail: multi-threading, executive navigation, and what worked and what didn’t on past deals
- A consistent record of exceeding quota
- A builder mindset, with comfort on a team where the process is still being defined
- Founding AE or small early sales team experience is a plus
- Hands-on familiarity with sales engagement or GTM data platforms is a plus
Be aware
- This is a US-based remote role with no relocation support
- Enterprise deals are complex, with multiple stakeholders and long cycles
Not a fit if
- You’ve only sold to security, IT or other purely technical buyers
- You’ve only worked in mature sales orgs with an inherited territory and a finished playbook
