Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

In this role you will... Embed yourself into the client workflow to identify problems and oportunites Build the team of forward deployed engineers Develop solutions using Rebolt to automate phone calls, email, and messaging systems Lead technical implementations and ensure smooth integration with customer systems and data sources Build custom integrations connecting our platform to freight management systems, CRMs, and databases Provide technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing optimization Collaborate with engineering to feed customer insights back into product development You will be a perfect fit if you...
