Founding Fullstack Web3 Engineer

You’ll help build, ship, and scale core product functionality across the entire stack — from smart contracts and backend infrastructure to frontend integrations. You’ll have broad ownership and collaborate closely with the CTO to bring an ambitious global trading platform to life. This role is ideal for a world-class engineer with strong web3 experience who thrives in high-velocity environments and wants to help shape the future of capital markets. Qualifications Ambitious and excited to learn, thrive in fast-paced environments, and independently own core components 3+ years experience full-stack experience building web3 applications Backend experience in Rust, C, C++, or other high performance languages Experience building and shipping high performant backends that interface with RPCs, REST APIs, websockets, Redis, high performance databases, etc DevSecOps experience including pipeline & CI/CD setup, containers, AWS/Azure infra Solidity, TypeScript + React-Native fluency Bonus: Experience building crypto infra or integrating embedded wallets/onramps, Solidity or Rust smart contract development experience Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive compensation and meaningful early-stage equity.
