Founding Partner - Marketing (Equity-Based)

SwishrHire is building a new global talent platform designed for fast, direct, and high-quality hiring without job boards, subscriptions, or delays. We’re now looking for a Founding Partner – Marketing to shape our brand, drive awareness, and lead all marketing efforts as we launch. What You’ll Do • Build SwishrHire’s marketing and brand strategy from scratch • Create high-impact content and campaigns across LinkedIn + digital channels • Generate leads and support client acquisition efforts • Develop the brand voice, messaging, and positioning globally • Support the founding team with growth and launch activities What You Get • Founding Partner title • Equity-based participation (no salary at this stage) • Full flexibility (remote, choose your hours) • Future priority for full-time leadership roles as the company scales • A chance to build a global brand from day zero Who We’re Looking For • 5+ years marketing, brand, growth, or digital experience • Confident in content creation, campaigns, and lead generation • Startup mindset — proactive, creative, and execution-driven • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Comfortable working in an equity-only phase
