Founding Partner - Recruitment Lead (Commission-Based)

SwishrHire is launching a new, fast, direct-sourcing hiring platform for companies that want verified talent without job boards, subscriptions, or endless screening. We are now looking for a Co-Founder (Recruitment Lead) to join from day one and help build the recruitment engine of the company. About the Role This is not a regular job — it’s a co-founder partnership for an experienced recruiter who wants to build something from scratch and share in the upside. No salary. High earning potential. Full ownership of your recruitment performance. You’ll work directly with the founder to set up the recruitment operation, source candidates, close placements, and shape the future of the company. What You’ll Do Handle client hiring requests (roles across UAE + global) Source, vet, and shortlist talent Manage candidate pipelines and submissions Help define sourcing strategy, candidate quality standards, and process Coordinate with the founder on growth, operations, and structure Build the early recruiter network and help onboard new recruiters later What You Get Highly competitive commission model : You earn 50% of the placement fee for every role you personally close You earn 2% override on any future placements closed by recruiters who join the company afterwards.
