Mindsmith is an authoring platform that turns internal docs into interactive e‑learning. Teams guide the system through each step of course creation, and customers report 12–20× faster production. Custom generation is step one—we’re building the infrastructure for e‑learning. Mindsmith may be one of the most interesting things to design in Utah, its a mix between Cursor and Figma, specialized into eLearning to give learning artisans the tools they need to create impactful learning. The combination of artisan and agent provides some of the intriguing and challenging design considerations. Why this role You will own the brand and user experience of Mindsmith, and design the medium for millions of learners to learn from, and the creative tool to make those experiences. What you’ll do Build out our design system (we use shadcn ui right now as a foundation) Design new features as we continue to make the infrastructure for learning Fine tune the user experience inside of Mindsmith Evolve and sharpen our brand image. Right now we're learning into a clean, painterly aesthetic implying a utopia created by human collaboration with AI. What you bring 3+ years designing software applications.
