We have a fantastic opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join our busy and growing Finance Team.

Person Specification

• Relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting or another analytical role
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse, interpret, and present financial data
• Strong communication skills, collaborative approach, and a willingness to learn management reporting, forecasting, planning and process improvement.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Exhibit GC values: accountability, passion, integrity, excellence, collaboration and personalisation.
• Accountable for understanding Consumer Duty policy and procedures; partnering and collaborating within the team to achieve set standards.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis
• Assist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Working alongside non-finance stakeholders to: explain financial performance, support decision-making and challenge assumptions where appropriate
• Produce monthly management information via contribution to MI pack
• Analyse variances vs budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Provide clear, concise commentary on performance drivers
• Support cost control and efficiency initiatives across departments
• Enhance reporting tools and support senior finance team members in building out data road map (eg power BI integration and Netsuite report building)
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports

Qualification & Experience

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
