WHAT YOU WILL DO The FP&A Associate supports the Financial Planning & Analysis team with month-end close, financial reporting, operating expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and other routine FP&A activities. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Month-End Close, Reporting and Planning: Support month-end close and recurring financial reporting activities. Assist with operating expense management, budgeting, and forecasting by preparing reports, updating financial data, and reviewing results for accuracy. Financial and Operations Analysis: Perform defined financial and operational analyses using internal and external data. Summarize findings and provide information to support cross-functional discussions and business decisions. Reporting and Data Support: Assist with developing, maintaining, and enhancing performance data and recurring reports to improve the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of financial analysis. Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE 2-4 years of relevant financial experience, including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cost management, financial reporting, or financial analysis. Experience preparing recurring reports, maintaining financial data, and reviewing budget-to-actual or other financial results for accuracy. Experience using Excel and financial systems for financial reporting and analysis is required. Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, or similar platforms is preferred. Experience in financial services, automotive finance, banking, consulting, or a related industry is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Working knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting concepts. Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel. Ability to learn and use financial systems and data visualization or reporting tools. Ability to organize work, manage details, and meet established deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
