会社最大規模の事業部に対し、財務計画・分析を包括的にサポートしていただきます。経営層との連携も多く、数字を通じて事業に大きなインパクトを与えることができます。ビジネスを動かすファイナンスに挑戦したい方に向いています。

■ レポーティングラインとチーム体制👥

1名のスタッフをマネジメントし、日本拠点のCFOへ直接レポートしていただきます。FP&Aチームは4名、会計チームも4名在籍し、SAPを活用した効率的なオペレーションを行っています。コンパクトな組織でリーダーシップを発揮したい方にぴったりです。

📝Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and budget materials for HQ and local leadership.

- Analyze budget variances, highlight risks/opportunities, and drive corrective actions with business units.

- Coordinate planning processes and develop proposals with stakeholders.

- Build business cases, simulations, and KPIs for new opportunities.

- Design processes for target setting, planning, and performance management.

- Visualize financial results and strengthen financial understanding across business units.

- Lead improvements to FP&A processes and tools with local, APAC, and global teams.

- Mentor and support one direct report.

- Act as deputy for FP&A in the CFO’s absence.

- Support Accounting in enhancing controlling processes.

💡Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or business controlling.

- Strong business acumen and ability to link financial insights to strategic decisions.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

- Experience in facilitation and project management.

- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

💡Welcome Skills and Experience:

- Experience with SAP or similar ERP/reporting tools.

- Experience in a multinational company; FMCG background.

- Experience with IT‑related projects.

💴 Salary:

Company will consider candidates up to 13.8M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
