Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid
Remuneration: £60K - £90K DOE + Bonus and excellent package
Our client, a well-established insurer, is looking to appoint an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, management reporting and finance business partnering activities. This role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis and the delivery of meaningful financial insight to senior stakeholders.

Key requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with post-qualification experience.
- Strong FP&A, management reporting or finance business partnering background.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and stakeholder management.
- Insurance or regulated financial services experience is essential.
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to finance systems/BI tools.
