Wellster Health is one of Europe's leading digital health platforms, running a subscription-based direct-to-consumer model across multiple European markets. We move fast, grow across brands and countries, and make decisions based on numbers. That's where you come in.
As FP&A Manager, you are the financial sparring partner for our commercial teams. You support planning, forecasting and performance analysis end to end, and you turn subscription and marketing data into clear, actionable recommendations. You don't wait for instructions: you spot the questions that matter, build the analysis, and drive it to a decision.
Your tasks would be...
Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning by building and maintaining driver-based financial models across brands, channels and markets.
Model subscription economics end to end, including cohorts, retention and churn, customer lifetime value (CLV), CAC and payback periods, and translate insights into clear steering recommendations.
Evaluate marketing performance together with the commercial and marketing teams and provide data-driven input for budget allocation decisions.
Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analyses across actuals, budget and forecast, with a clear view of key drivers and required actions.
Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure financial alignment and support month-end closing activities.
Deliver ad-hoc analyses and business cases for management, investors and new strategic initiatives.
Improve cross-functional processes end to end to increase efficiency and provide reliable financial information faster.
Continuously develop financial models, reporting structures and tools in close collaboration with BI.
You will fit when you…
4+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, corporate finance or financial consulting, ideally within a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
Strong hands-on financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to build transparent, auditable and user-friendly models.
Solid understanding of subscription KPIs and unit economics, including CLV, CAC, churn, cohorts and ROAS, and how they translate into P&L and cash flow.
Good accounting knowledge, ideally under HGB, including accruals, month-end processes and multi-entity structures.
Strong ownership mindset and the ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and drive them through to completion.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and composure.
Ability to switch confidently between strategic, big-picture thinking and detailed financial analysis.
Clear and effective communication skills when working with non-finance stakeholders, with fluency in English; German is a plus.
Experience with DATEV, SQL or BI tools is a plus.
