As FP&A Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the FP&A function and providing financial insights and guidance to senior management and key stakeholders. Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis – Onshore Business Unit, you will work closely with the Business Units and Corporate in formulating, collecting, and consolidating organizational financial forecasts while also providing investor relations support.This role will be based in Madrid, and you will be expected to work from our Madrid office a minimum of 3 times a week in line with our hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Director of FP&A in formulating and creating annual budgets and business plans.
· Prepare, provide, and present Monthly LE reforecasting, and Monthly BU specific FP&A report (variance analyses and identify key drivers and risks on FCF/EBITDA Act vs. Budget, and Act vs. prior year).
· Prepare BU Cash Flow sensitivity analysis, and distributions reforecast.
· Devex and capitalized devex review and forecast
· G&A reforecast for the Business Unit
· Prepare BU Quarterly review and annual board materials
· Prepare, update and analyze Annual facility lookback analysis asset long term operating models and compare them with the original base case including but not limited to gathering/applying the post contractual assumptions and calculating financial impacts to the Northland’s bottom line.
· Conduct scenario analyses and sensitivity testing on short term financial models and regularly update these models.
· Production updates (weekly, monthly tracking)
· Quarterly long-range refresh for LTO
· Growth pipeline forecasting
· Project level modeling support and review
· Strategy support and other ad hoc projects as required
· Work closely with the Business Unit and Corporate in shaping the best FP&A practices to drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
· Understand and keep track of industry trends, key peer activities, and be the key source of such information.
· Develop and maintain FP&A Power BI dashboards.
· Assist in the implementation and development of the Workday Adaptive forecasting tool.
