oac is a modern snack brand, built on protein balls and crumb. We sell direct and into retail across Ireland and the UK, and we’re expanding into new markets beyond both.

We’re ambitious about where this goes. There’s a much bigger opportunity here, and we want the financial leadership in place to build it properly.

You’ll be a senior partner to the founders, working on the decisions that shape the next stage of growth.

what you’ll lead

• funding strategy and investor readiness for the next stage
• banking relationships and the right mix of debt and equity
• working capital and cash planning as retail and new markets scale
• margins and cost to serve across retail, wholesale and direct
• a financial model and growth plan funders will back
• the path to a strong exit

what you bring

• senior finance experience (CFO, FD or similar) in food, drink or FMCG
• a track record of raising capital or securing bank funding for a growing consumer brand
• a strong understanding of retail: listings, terms, trade spend, margins
• experience supporting a brand into new markets, or a real appetite for it
• a practical, direct style, and you’re happy working closely with founders

the setup

• 1 to 2 days a week to start, with room to grow
• mostly remote, based in Ireland
• you’ll work directly with Sarah and Jayne
