Job Purpose

Lead the Thailand Pharma business with end-to-end accountability for the sales and marketing performance of WINREVAIR in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), while building launch readiness for priority pipeline assets including OHTUVAYRE. The role directly leads the Thailand field organization, comprising PAH Sales Executives and the PAH Associate Account Manager, while partnering with marketing and connecting Thailand execution with the Philippines Pharma sales and marketing teams through a dotted-line collaboration model. The Franchise Lead will also partner closely with Market Access to define and deliver the strategic direction for the WINREVAIR Financial Patient Program (FPP), supporting sustainable patient access and business growth.


Major Accountabilities

· Own the Thailand Pharma business strategy, annual operating plan and execution agenda, with primary accountability for WINREVAIR sales, marketing, customer engagement and financial performance.

· Translate the PAH and WINREVAIR strategy into focused account plans covering priority centers of excellence, PAH experts, referral networks and relevant access stakeholders.

· Lead and coach the Thailand field organization, comprising PAH Sales Executives and the PAH Associate Account Manager, setting clear objectives, strengthening capabilities and driving high-quality execution against agreed priorities.

· Build a strong cross-functional operating model with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Policy, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence, Pharmacovigilance and other enabling functions.

· Work collaboratively with Pharma sales and marketing colleagues in the Philippines through a dotted-line relationship, aligning cluster strategy, sharing market insights and replicating winning practices while retaining market-specific execution.

· Act as Launch Readiness Lead for the Pharma pipeline, including OHTUVAYRE, establishing cross-functional governance, milestones, risk management and decision gates from early shaping through launch.

· Lead development of market-shaping and go-to-market plans for pipeline assets, including opportunity assessment, customer segmentation, patient journey, evidence needs, access pathways, resourcing, forecast and launch investment recommendations.

· Partner closely with Market Access to set the strategic direction for the WINREVAIR FPP, including affordability strategy, eligibility and support model, operational feasibility, financial sustainability, compliance controls and performance monitoring.

· Drive a patient-centered approach that connects physician adoption, diagnosis and referral, access conversion, patient initiation, persistence and appropriate use.

· Monitor business performance and the external environment using relevant data and insights; identify risks and opportunities early and implement corrective actions to deliver business objectives.

· Oversee demand forecasting, inventory assumptions, promotional investment and resource allocation in partnership with Finance and Supply Chain.

· Ensure all commercial activities, materials, programs and partnerships comply with company policies, local regulations and applicable ethical standards.

· Represent the Pharma business in local, cluster and regional forums and provide concise, decision-oriented recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Performance Indicators

· Delivery of WINREVAIR sales, account development, patient activation and agreed financial objectives in Thailand.

· Quality and timeliness of WINREVAIR strategy execution across priority accounts, customers and patient access pathways.

· FPP outcomes, including access conversion, patient continuation, operational quality, compliance and financial sustainability.

· Launch readiness of OHTUVAYRE other assigned pipeline assets against approved stage gates and milestones.

· Forecast accuracy, investment effectiveness and disciplined management of risks and opportunities.

· Cross-functional and cross-market execution quality, including effective collaboration with the Philippines team.

· Field-team capability, engagement, succession strength and development of PAH Sales Executives and the PAH Associate Account Manager.

· Compliance with company policies, governance requirements and local laws and regulations.

Key Internal and External Interfaces

· Internal: Thailand PAH Sales Executives and PAH Associate Account Manager; Thailand marketing partner(s); Philippines Pharma sales and marketing; Market Access; Medical Affairs; Regulatory; Policy; Finance; Supply Chain; Commercial Excellence; Pharmacovigilance; Legal and Compliance; regional and global franchise teams.

· External: PAH and relevant specialty healthcare professionals; centers of excellence and referral institutions; professional societies; payers and access stakeholders; patient-support service partners and other approved business partners.


Ideal Background

· Bachelor’s degree required in business, science, pharmacy, medicine or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

· Progressive commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with demonstrated responsibility for sales, marketing or business-unit performance.

· Experience in specialty care, rare disease, cardiovascular, respiratory or launch environments preferred;

· Cross-functional teams and complex launches from early market shaping through execution.

· Experience working with Market Access, patient-support or affordability programs, with strong understanding of governance and compliance requirements.

· Demonstrated people leadership, coaching and talent-development capability.

· Strong strategic, analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting, investment prioritization and performance management.

· Ability to influence across a matrix and collaborate effectively across markets, including dotted-line teams without direct authority.

· Customer- and patient-centered mindset with strong execution discipline and sound judgment in a dynamic environment.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; fluent spoken and written English. Thai language proficiency strongly preferred.
