Fraud Director

Interim Fraud Director - 12 month contract

• Immediate availability or short notice is essential
• Proven experience in designing and operationalizing Fraud Risk frameworks is essential
• 2 days in office, 3 from home - London location

We are supporting a complex international organisation seeking an experienced Interim Fraud Director will take day-to-day leadership of the enterprise fraud programme, set direction, coordinate delivery and make fraud-related decisions within an agreed delegated-authority framework.

The role will bring current remediation, investigations, control improvements, and strategic fraud activity into one integrated programme. It will establish clear accountability, accelerate delivery, implement an ACFE/COSO-aligned Fraud Risk Management framework, and build a sustainable target operating model that can transition into business as usual.

The role will:

• Take executive ownership of the fraud programme
• Strengthen fraud governance, controls and incident response
• Develop an enterprise fraud risk framework
• Build a sustainable target operating model
• Provide clear reporting to executive and Board stakeholders

Candidates should have held a senior fraud leadership role and led significant transformation within a complex financial services environment.

CFE or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
