About Verisk

Verisk is a leading strategic data analytics and technology partner to the global insurance industry. We help businesses make better decisions through innovative data, software and analytical solutions.

Within Verisk Claims & Anti-Fraud Solutions, our Fraud Discovery platform helps insurers detect, investigate and prevent fraud more effectively. As we continue to develop and expand this newly launched solution, we're looking for a customer-focused Fraud Account Manager to help our clients maximise its value.

The opportunity

As a Fraud Account Manager, you'll take ownership of the post-sale customer relationship for clients using our Fraud Discovery platform. You'll build strong relationships, understand each customer's challenges and objectives, and ensure they get meaningful, measurable value from the solutions they've purchased.

This is a relationship-led role that combines customer success, commercial awareness and fraud industry knowledge. You'll work closely with customers across fraud investigation, Special Investigation Unit (SIU) and claims operations teams, helping them improve adoption, demonstrate return on investment and achieve their business objectives.

You'll also identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, working in partnership with our Strategic Account Director to explore additional modules and solutions that could benefit customers. Internally, you'll act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and insights with Product, Implementation, Customer Support and Data Science teams to help shape the ongoing development of Fraud Discovery.

If you're a natural relationship-builder who enjoys solving customer problems, understands the fraud landscape and can turn insight into business value, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

Building strong customer relationships

  • Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding their priorities, challenges and longer-term objectives.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for Fraud Discovery customers, providing a responsive, customer-centric experience.
  • Develop customer success plans with clear objectives, KPIs and milestones.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, demonstrating progress, platform adoption and the value delivered.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues, gather feedback and ensure customers receive the support they need.

Driving adoption and customer value

  • Work with Implementation and Product teams to support onboarding and encourage effective use of purchased modules.
  • Monitor platform usage, performance and outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve adoption and effectiveness.
  • Translate data, product capabilities and customer outcomes into clear evidence of business value and return on investment.
  • Identify potential risks to customer satisfaction or retention and take proactive steps to address them.

Supporting renewals and account growth

  • Maintain oversight of account health, contract terms and upcoming renewals, ensuring customers understand the value they're receiving.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional Fraud Discovery modules or relevant Verisk solutions.
  • Qualify potential opportunities by understanding customer needs, business challenges and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Strategic Account Director to develop account plans and progress cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Support renewal discussions and commercial activities to strengthen long-term customer relationships.

Sharing customer and market insight

  • Gather customer feedback, use cases and emerging fraud trends to inform Product teams and the future development of Fraud Discovery.
  • Contribute to customer case studies, reference programmes and advisory activities.
  • Support fraud-related marketing initiatives and events, helping showcase our solutions to existing and prospective customers.

What we're looking for

We're particularly interested in people who combine outstanding relationship-building skills with relevant fraud industry experience and the ability to think analytically.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • You have a natural ability to build trust, develop relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • You're genuinely customer-centric, taking the time to understand customer needs and ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • You're confident presenting information, explaining complex concepts clearly and engaging with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
  • You can influence, manage expectations and navigate challenging conversations while maintaining positive relationships.

Fraud industry experience

  • You have at least two years' experience within the fraud industry.
  • Experience from an IT, software, technology or data perspective would be particularly valuable, although experience in a fraud investigation or SIU handler role would also be relevant.
  • You understand the challenges organisations face when identifying, investigating and preventing fraud, ideally within insurance claims.
  • You're interested in how technology, data and analytics can help customers improve fraud detection and investigation outcomes.

An analytical mindset

  • You're comfortable interpreting information, identifying trends and understanding what the data tells you.
  • You can connect customer needs and product capabilities to tangible business outcomes.
  • You enjoy investigating problems, asking the right questions and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
  • You're able to use evidence and insight to support customer conversations and demonstrate value.
