Position: 1099 Freelance Contract Attorney

Location: Remote (United States)

As a freelance contract attorney, you will provide high-quality legal services on a project-by-project basis. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely while contributing your expertise to a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis

- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and pleadings

- Assist with case preparation and litigation support

- Provide legal counsel on various matters as needed

- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals

Requirements

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. state)

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience

- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and time management abilities

- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
