Ready to walk with us? 👟 We’re looking for a Freelance Brand & Community Manager to help grow HOFF’s presence in France by building meaningful relationships with the local creative community. This role is focused on connecting HOFF with creators, brands, media and cultural institutions through partnerships, events and community-building initiatives that strengthen the brand’s visibility, desirability and cultural relevance. Your mission will be to build HOFF’s brand awareness, cultural relevance and community in the French market by developing meaningful relationships with creators, brands and cultural institutions, positioning HOFF at the intersection of fashion, design and contemporary culture. We’re looking for someone who already operates as an independent professional and will engage with HOFF through a services agreement, not an employment contract. What will you do once you’re here? 👇 Community & Relationships : Build and nurture HOFF's creative community in Paris (creators, stylists, editors, designers, architects, artists), representing the brand within the local creative ecosystem. Brand Activations : Plan and execute a yearly calendar of cultural events (dinners, talks, exhibitions), coordinating partners, guest lists, and logistics to deliver a premium brand experience. Creator Relations : Identify and build relationships with aligned creators, manage gifting and collaboration opportunities, and spot emerging talent for future campaigns. Strategic Partnerships : Identify and lead collaborations with brands, designers, galleries, and cultural institutions to strengthen HOFF's cultural relevance in France. Market Insights & Reporting : Share monthly updates on cultural trends, market insights, and opportunities that can be replicated across other HOFF markets. Brand Representation : Ensure all local initiatives reflect HOFF's identity and premium positioning, acting as its trusted local representative in Paris. Sounds interesting?
