Freelance Business Analyst – Employee Benefits

Location: Brussels (hybrid)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and IT within the Employee Benefits domain. The Insurance company are looking to work on a System Re-Development project.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional requirements
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
• Background in Employee Benefits, Group Life, Pensions, or Group Insurance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with process optimisation and automation
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or similar is a plus
