Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Freelance Business Development Specialist to help expand our client portfolio and identify new business opportunities.

This is a remote, commission-only freelance opportunity, ideal for someone with a strong professional network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant industries.
• Generate and qualify leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
• Leverage professional networks to introduce DAD’s services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the team on proposals, pitches, and potential collaborations.
• Support negotiations and help convert leads into business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in advertising, marketing, media, or production.
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and independently generate leads.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
• An existing network of relevant industry contacts is a plus.

Compensation & Working Arrangement

• Freelance, remote position.
• Commission-based compensation, with no fixed salary.
• Commission structure and payment terms to be discussed and agreed upon.
